If you purchase a ticket in advance for a Detective Hero game, and the government returns us to strict lockdown, you’ll receive a full refund.
If you have already bought a ticket but then have to self-isolate, let us know and we will exchange your ticket for another future date.
If you encounter technical or other problems on the day, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve them. Make sure you let us know the email address the ticket is registered to. If we can’t resolve the problem, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
If, after buying a ticket, you are unable to participate on the given date due to circumstances outside your control, you may be eligible for an exchange. Exchanges must be for an alternative event within one year. You must be able to provide proof of purchase and your ticket code must be unused. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of the original event.
If an event is cancelled due to circumstances outside our control, such as severe local weather warnings, an alternative date may be arranged or a full refund offered, at the discretion of Detective Hero Games.
